I hope that this note finds you happy, healthy, and at peace!

This week is National Volunteer Week, and it is hard to say something meaningful and extraordinary in these uncertain times.  Although this is challenging, and changes are being made, we all look forward to the time when again we can unite.

Stratton Greenhouses, 9915 Lincoln Highway, Bluffton, announce a spring open house Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 1-2-3, according to Susie and Steve Stratton.

The open house includes drawings and several giveaways. New Proven Winner and Wave Petunias are available for the first 100 customers.

A special opening for senior citizens only is from 8 to 9 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Regular hours are:
Mondays - Thursdays 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Fridays - Saturdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sundays - noon to 5 p.m.

The Bluffton Police Department launched a Facebook this week.
