Most people lie to their doctors, according to a new study

If you don't give an honest answer when your doctor asks you how much you exercise, you're not alone. Many people don't tell the truth to their doctors, according to a new study.

Unfortunately, withholding or misrepresenting information to your doctor hinders his or her ability to give you optimal care. Still, 60 to 80 percent of people surveyed in this new study said they had stretched the truth or withheld information with their doctors before.

With flowers coloring the landscape and pollen filling the air, we are surrounded by the beauty of the warmer season, and the insects join in the fervor as well. Miss Vicki's Music Studio, 2613 State Route 81, Ada, will run a five-week Family Music class for babies to 5 year olds and their parent/caregiver. 

The class runs from Thursdays, June 27 to Aug. 1, from 5:30 - 6:10 p.m.

Bluffton Farmers Market is the place to be on Saturday mornings in town. According to the Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce, our town "boast  the best farmers market in northwest Ohio." 

In celebration of our small but mighty farmers market, the Icon will feature a vendor each week over the course of the summer.

This week's feature vendor is Old Homestead Soaps and Lotions.

Associates from SumiRiko Ohio, Bluffton, spent last Friday mulching the playground area at the village park. The volunteers participated as part of Honda's fourth annual Team Honda Week of Service. During the week, associates, dealers and suppliers conducted volunteer activities in their communities. In this photo, Keah Egbert brings a load of mulch to the playgrounds.
