What do you know for sure about your property? When was it built? Who lived there?

Learn how to research the history of your home, the previous residents, or local folklore to determine if your property has any unusual past events and maybe even hear a tale or boo!.

ORANGE TOWNSHIP CANDIDATE INFORMATION CORRECTED

With the start of early in-person voting beginning on October 7, Bluffton Icon readers have been inquiring about the status of potential candidates for Bluffton Council. The sample ballot posted on the Allen County Board of Elections website shows four open council seats and just two candidates, incumbent Phillip A. Talavinia and newcomer Liz Gordon-Hancock.

Beats Grove in showdown to win league

CORRECTED VERSION / BLUFFTON – The Bluffton High School girls soccer team beat visiting rival Columbus Grove 2-1 in a battle of league unbeatens to capture the Northwest Conference championship at Steinmetz Field and punctuate Pirate Senior Night on Tuesday, September 30.

On October 16, St. John UCC will serve the Community Meal. All meals start at 6 p.m. and are free and open to the public.
