Usually in February, there is no lack of snow to take photos of, if you live in Bluffton. But this year, we are happy to find a snowflake to shoot with a camera. Ada Icon photographer Ken Collins came up with this photo taken on Saturday. Take a good like, you might not see snow again this winter.
Bluffton's Jefferson Street bridge in on the Ohio Department of Transportation’s replacement list for 2019, according to the village.
According to Monday’s council packet ODOT has also reviewed the request for an additional sidewalk and has agreed to fund a six-foot sidewalk on both sides of the bridge, in addition to an aesthetic improvement that the village would fund.
The current bridge lacks a sidewalk on either side. This is an ODOT project becasue Jefferson Street is also State Route 103. The bridge will have a Texas classic bridge design.
