Thursday, Oct. 27 in Stutzman Lecture Hall

Bluffton University will host an evening forum titled “Israeli and Palestinian Parents Grieve and Work Together for Justice” at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27 in Centennial Hall’s Stutzman Lecture Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

Vienna Piano Trio performs in Yoder Recital Hall

Tickets are available for the Artist Series performance by the Vienna Piano Trio at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 27 in Yoder Recital Hall.

Founded in 1988, the trio is particularly successful in works by composers closely associated with Austria, such as Brahms, Schubert and Haydn.

Reserved seats are $25 for adults, $20 for senior citizens and non-Bluffton students and $10 for children ages 6-13. Children ages 5 and under are admitted free.

A Hancock County sticker, we found "PEGS" in the parking lot of the Mennonite Memorial Home, Bluffton. It's on a neon blue Chrysler.

We don't know what the discussion is about, but we know it's part of the learning process at Bluffton Preschool.

Bluffton's Farmers' Market offers lots of fall items, like pumpkins, for example. The market continues each Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Citizens National Bank parking lot on South Main Street. The final market of the season is Saturday, Oct. 29.

BLUFFTON, Ohio - Bluffton University standout MacKenzie McFarlin (Ashland) has been named the Heartland Conference Player of the Week after pushing the Beavers to a perfect 2-0 mark with conference victories at rival Defiance on Wednesday and over Transylvania in the Sommer Center on Saturday afternoon.. It marks her fourth career HCAC Player of the Week honor, including her second of the season.
