The 2017 edition of the magazine’s Best Colleges guidebook ranks Bluffton 29th among 79 comparable institutions in 12 Midwest states. Now listed in the U.S. News rankings for 19 consecutive years, Bluffton has consistently been ranked in the top tier of Midwest colleges.
Richard H. and Mary Ann Jordan will soon observe 60 years of marriage. They were wed on Sept. 16, 1956, in St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Ada, by the Rev. L.H. Wyandt.
The Jordans are parents of two sons, R. Timothy D. Jordan of Clarksville, Tenn., and Nathaniel W. T. (Jenni) Jordan of Bluffton, and two daughters, Amy R. King and Bethany G. (Jon) Theis, also of here.
Their grandchildren are Jordan, Ashleigh, and Kaity Beth King, Benjamin and Lindsay Theis, and Grant and Matthew Jordan, all of Bluffton, and Dylan Badertscher of Clarksville, Tenn.
