Ray E. Morris, 63, died April 17, 2016, at 4:25 p.m. at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. Ray was born Oct. 13, 1952, in Bluffton to Cliff and Jesse (Miller) Morris. He married Gail Stainbrook and they were divorced. On Feb. 1, 2000, he married Karen Diller Morris who survives in Pandora.
Ray was an owner/operator - truck driver for his own trucking company. He last drove for Gangloff Industries of Logansport, Ind. Ray was a 1970 graduate of Pandora-Gilboa High School.

A club that no longer exists in Bluffton schools is Hi-Y and Tri-Hi-Y. Both groups were open to sophomores through seniors and were related to YMCAs. Here are the girl Hi-Y members at BHS during the 1959-60 school year.
Cash awards of $6,000 were presented to Bluffton Center for Entrepreneur business plan competition winners this spring, according to Brendon Matthews, BCE board president.
Prize money and gifts-in-kind went to five competitors. Winners were announced at BCE’s business expo at The Centre, Bluffton, in late March.

Turnwald is now helping Bluffton area residents hear better. She opened Bluffton’s newest business, Bluffton Hearing Center, in late March at 900 N. Main St., Suite B.
