Join Bluffton Public Library's book discussion group as they explore the struggles of Kimberly Chang in "Girl in Translation." The discussion group's next title, by Jean Kwok, is a tale of relationships and coming of age. The discussion will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 4, at Common Grounds Coffeehouse & Caf'e in Bluffton.

Steve Swank of S&K Mowers, 9280 Dixie Highway, Bluffton, has a spring sale on lawn mowers. Some of the mowers are up to 35 percent off, according to Swank.

Library spa

There could be a long line at the Shannon Theatre on Thursday. It might go all the way back to the Et Cetera alley, or Common Grounds.

Those in the queue await the midnight (actually, 12:01 a.m.) and premier showing of "The Hunger Games." It could be this generation's Harry Potter. Whatever it is, the first movie in this three-book series has its share of fans. Lots of them. The film, rated PG-13, is based on Suzanne Collin's best-selling trilogy.
