Bluffton University video named a 'Top Higher Ed Holiday Card'
Bluffton University's official electronic Christmas greeting has been named a "Top Higher Ed Holiday Card" by College Web Editor, a blog about the Web, marketing and public relations in higher education.
The Bluffton Christmas video features a reading of Donna Hendrix's poem "Light of the World" by this year's student hall chaplains. Sent to alumni, donors, parents and prospective students, it was also submitted to College Web Editor and subsequently recognized by Karine Joly, the blog's editor.
Seniors Todd Trotter of Cincinnati, an art major, and Megan DeNoi of Bryan, Ohio, a marketing major, both Bluffton public relations student assistants, were instrumental in directing and producing the video. This is the fifth year that students have played an active role in producing the official university greeting.
