Three promoted at First National Bank
Three promotions were announced this month by the Board of Directors of First National Bank.
Larry E. Hoffman has been promoted to senior vice president in his current role as chief financial officer; R. Douglas Shaneyfelt to vice president/information technology; and Nita J. Crawford to vice president/human resources.
Larry Hoffman
Hoffman, CPA, MBA, joined First National in February, 201, as CFO. He has been a Certified Public Accountant for more than 24 years. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tiffin University and an MBA from Ashland University. Hoffman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPA's. He lives in Bluffton with his wife, Marcy, and three children.
Douglas Shaneyfelt
Shaneyfelt has 10 years of banking experience, having served as Information Technology (IT) Manager at First National Bank. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration from The University of Findlay and an associate in Applied Science degree in IT-Networking at James A. Rhodes State College. He, his wife, Rachel, and their daughters live in Pandora.
Nita Crawford
Crawford has 13 years of banking experience and has served as executive assistant at First National Bank for the past eight years and Human Resources Manager for the past three. She has an associate of applied business degree in Accounting from Marion Technical College and has also taken additional courses at The University of Findlay and The Ohio State University. She, her husband, Dave, and children live in Findlay.
