Bluffton University released its February arts and event schedule. Events are free and open to the public unless noted otherwise. The schedule follows:

Feb. 5 Art exhibit: "Gray Space," black and white photography by American and international artists, Grace Albrecht Gallery, Sauder Visual Arts Center, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 1-5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays through March 2. Visiting artist Craig Line, a Findlay, Ohio, native who lives in Vermont and has worked for The Associated Press and Vermont Magazine, will give a talk, free and open to the public, at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, in the arts center's Hester Lecture Hall.

Feb. 7 Forum: "When the Brain Goes Awry: Effects of Brain Quirks and Disorders on Thinking and Doing," by Dr. Shelly Weaverdyck, a 1977 Bluffton graduate and director of the Alzheimer's Education and Research Program at Eastern Michigan University, 11 a.m., Yoder Recital Hall

Feb. 10 Colloquium: "Prelude to a New Program: The Bluffton Dietetic Internship," by Dr. Deborah Myers, associate professor of dietetics, 4 p.m., Stutzman Lecture Hall, Centennial Hall

Feb. 10 Global Weekend film: "Life, Above All," 7:30 p.m., Stutzman Lecture Hall, Centennial Hall

Feb. 11 Global Weekend events: Ethnic dinner, 5-6 p.m.; pi~nata, 6:20 p.m.; and international variety and fashion show, 6:30 p.m., all in The Commons, Marbeck Center. Events are free except for the dinner, which costs $9 for adults and $6 for children ages 7-12. Children under 7 eat for free.
