Free health screening Saturday at Greg's Pharmacy
A free health screening is planned Saturday, Feb. 4, hosted by Greg's Health Mart Pharmacy. The screening, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is provided by Student Pharmacists from Ohio Northern University and the National Community Pharmacists Association Student Chapter.
Conkling told The Icon that the free screening is available to any adult. "Services are provided at no cost to patients," he said.
Services provided include:
o Blood pressure checks
o Osteoporosis screening
o Lipid and glucose panels
Fasting is required for 8 to 10 hours prior to lipid and glucose panels. Conkling said that the screening is offered quarterly at the pharmacy. For more information contact Greg's Pharmacy, 126 N. Main St., Bluffton, 419-358-5946.
