Sodexo unveils "Simply To Go" off-campus catering service
Now you can have your cake and eat it too.
Bluffton University's dining services, Sodexo, launched its "Simply To Go" off-campus catering service on Thursday, with a spread in Marbeck's Kreider Room that made the mouth drool.
According to Elaine M. Adams, catering manager, the service can provide catering for as small a party as two or as large as a 400-guest wedding reception.
"We provide everything from box lunches, continental breakfasts, lunches, buffets, hors d'oeuvres to dessert bars," she said.
During Thursday's launch, tasting choices included Linzi bars, cranberry scotch buns, savory pesto and sundried tomato tortes with crackers baguette rounds, cucumber rounds with feta and tomato and lots more.
