New Leaf Garden Center offers March 24 spring seminar
New Leaf Garden Center, 0395 State Route 235, Ada, has openings its its Saturday, March 24, spring seminar. The seminar takes place at the garden center on State Route 235.
The seminar's schedule follows:
o 10 a.m. - A few of my favorite things - demonstration of products to use and plants to grow
o 11 a.m. - To share or not to share - information about shade gardening
o Noon - The Dave and Pam cooking show - cooking demonstration using vegetables, fruits and herbs you can grow
o 1:30 p.m. - These are not your grandma's hydrangeas - information on new hydrangea varieties and the best places to plant them
Due to liminted seating and lunch provided, persons interested in attending need to call for a reservation. Handouts will be available for persons who are unable to attend.
Call New Leaf at 419-634-0351 for a reservation. There are still openings available at the Ada seminar. The spring seminar planned in Kenton, however, is already full.
New Leaf hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday open at 9 a.m. until (depending upon the weather); Closed Sundays.
