Bluffton Housing Corp. annual meeting Feb. 9
Bluffton Housing Corp. will hold its annual shareholder meeting at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9, at Vance Street Apartments.
The agenda includes reports on the operations of Riley View Apartments and Vance Street Apartments and the election of officers for 2010.
Three board members' terms are expiring. They are Ed Yeager, Fred Rodabaugh and Wayne Matter. Yeager and Rodabaugh have indicated that they are willing to serve on another three-year term.
Having served on the Bluffton Housing Corp. board of directors since its inception, Matter has indicated that he plans to retire from the board.
Nominations are being sought to replace Matter and also Josh Barhorst, who resigned earlier this year.
Continuing board members are Deb Beer, Sue Shields, Matthew Jordan, Lois Goodman and Sue Fett.
