Aug. 15-16 BHS students may pick up schedules; other back-to-school info listed
Bluffton High School students have several events on their pre-school August calendar. The Icon provides the following back-to-school information:
Class Fee Payment/Schedule Pick-up: Aug. 15 and 16 from 8:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 -3:00.
Schedules will be released when payment is received.
Remember to bring the following items with you on schedule pick up day.
1. Fee card and payment (check payable to BHS)
2. Emergency Medical Form (completed and signed on both sides) Please note any changes to information.
3. School portrait form and payment. (everyone needs a picture even if not purchasing)
Free and Reduced Lunch: If you think your child will qualify for free lunch, please pick up a free and reduced form at any office or download off our website and return to office prior to schedule pickup. This could affect the amount you owe on fees. Only complete one form per family.
Lunches: The cost for school lunches are $2.25 (subject to change). Ala-Carta items will be available for an additional price. Money can be applied to your child's account at any time by placing a payment in an envelope and writing their Name & Student ID# on outside of envelope and dropping in the box in the cafeteria or in office. Also payments can be made by credit card by going to Meals Plus on High School Website.
School Portraits: Studio One by Lifetouch will taking class portraits during schedule pickup. Retakes will be in October. If you do not plan on purchasing a portrait, we would still like your child to be photographed for our school records including seniors.
Seniors will also need to set an appointment with Studio One in Lima to take their picture for the yearbook. Call 800-876-0099 to set an appointment. Seniors please have yearbook picture taken before October 20th.
Medication Request Form: If your child will need to take medication during the school year, like an Inhaler, Tylenol, a prescription drug, allergy medication etc., please fill out a new Medication Request Form which needs signed by you and your physician. You can find this form online under "Forms" on our Website. You will need a new form each year.
