Check out these programs for youth at BFR Sports & Fitness - classes start week of Sept. 10
BFR Youth Classes to Start the week of Sept. 10.
The first seven-week session of youth programs is about to begin at BFR Sports & Fitness.
Choices of classes include:
• beginner tennis (Mondays 3:15-4 pm),
• outdoor games (Mondays 3:30-4:30 pm),
• Rookie Sports Fun (Mondays 4-4:30 pm),
• football basics (Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 pm),
• basketball basics (Thursdays 3:30-4:30 pm),
• Tiny Tots (Wednesdays 10-10:30 am or Fridays 10-10:30 am) and
• dodgeball (Fridays 3:30-4:30pm).
Cost for most classes is $30 ($15BFR members) for the session. Swim Lessons will begin Thursday, Sept. 20 for a six-week
