Celina ticket drawn for Lions Foundation red Corvette
Nope, you didn't win the red Corvette. But, try again next year.
A Celina woman, Carolyn Glock, had her ticket drawn following a pre-recorded drum roll at noon on Bluffton's Main Street on Sept. 29. The ticket made her the winner of the third annual Bluffton Lion's Club Foundation Corvette raffle. Glock bought her ticket from the Celina Lions Club, one of the groups selling tickets.
The raffle is a fund-raiser for the Foundation. The Bluffton Lions Foundation’s Charity Corvette Raffle program is now completing its third year of raising thousands of dollars for public charities in the region. One hundred percent of the revenue goes to charities.
Funds raised locally through the raffle program are restricted for the Bluffton Pedestrian & Bike pathway project.
Sponsors of this year's Bluffton Lions Foundation’s Charity Corvette Raffle are:
• Tom Ahl Family of Dealerships,
• Citizens National Bank,
• Springfield Fireworks, Inc,
• Don Snyder Excavating,
• Bud’s Corvette,
• Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services,
• Masterpiece Signs & Graphics, Inc,
• Ken Lugibihl Auto & Truck Center, Inc., and
•John’s Body Shop & Auto Sales.
