-Officers responded to a N. Main St. residence in response to a Criminal Damaging complaint. 
-A Bluffton resident reported that unknown persons had caused damage to his vehicle while it was parked for a high school football game. 
September 3
-A College Ave. Resident filed a Menacing complaint. 
September 5
-A Delphos resident reported possible child abuse that had occurred at a SR 103 business.
-Police responded to a car fire on Bentley Rd near I-75 and completed a traffic crash report. 
September 6
-Police responded to a non-injury private property traffic crash at a SR 103 business.  
September 7
-A university student reported unknown persons had stolen some items from his vehicle while it was parked in a university parking lot   
-Officers responded to a non-injury traffic crash on I-75.  
September 8
-A Eastland Dr. resident reported that a neighbor was continually coming onto his property and taking vegetation without permission. 
September 9
-Police were called to a SR 103 business in regards to a fireworks complaint. 
September 10
-Officers responded to Bluffton University and took a complaint of a theft of a computer from a campus lab.   
-A Garmatter St. resident reported that unknown persons had attempted to break in to his house through a window.
-An Eastland Dr. resident reported having problems with paperwork following the purchase of a vehicle from a Lima resident. 
September 13
-An Eastland Dr. resident reported several items were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at the residence.
September 14
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash at the intersection of SR 103 and Commerce Ln.  Janice Sutton, 39, Dunkirk, was cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead and that case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court. 

September 16
-Police responded to Bluffton University in response to a complaint of a sexual assault.
September 18
-An employee at Bluffton University food services reported that someone had stolen several food items and loaded them into a vehicle at the loading dock. After further investigation it was discovered that the person had permission to take food items to a food bank.    
September 19
-Police responded to a non-injury traffic crash on Gratz Rd. Haley Keller, 16, Beaverdam, was issued a citation for Reasonable Control.  The case is pending in Allen County Juvenile Court. 
September 20
-Police responded to a S. Main St. business in regards to a Breaking and Entering complaint. 
-Police responded to a N. Main St. Business in regards to a Breaking and Entering complaint.       
September 21
-Police received a menacing complaint from a N. Main St. business owner. 
-Police responded to a complaint of an unruly juvenile in the 300 block of S. Main St.   
September 22
-Police arrested Corderro Phoenix, 20, Findlay, on an outstanding warrant from Findlay following a traffic stop on Bentley Rd. for an equipment violation. 
-A Cherry St. resident reported that unknown persons had stolen prescription medication from his residence. 
-An East Elm St. resident reported an unknown person had knocked on the front door of the residence and attempted to get into the house. After further investigation it was determined that a neighbor, who was in a state of intoxication, was the culprit and had gone to the wrong house.   
-A Cherry St. resident filed a telephone harassment complaint. 
September 24
-A Bentley Rd. resident reported that someone had stolen a bush from his property while he was out of town. 
-A N. Main St. business owner reported that an employee had taken some items from the business and had not returned them. 
September 27
-Police observed fireworks being shot out of a vehicle in the municipal parking lot.  After a traffic stop of said vehicle, officers cited Kyle Perkins, 19, Noblesville, Ind., for littering from a motor vehicle. The case is pending in Bluffton Mayor’s Court.       
September 29
-Police responded to an E. Elm St. residence in response to a Breaking and Entering complaint. It was reported that an unknown person entered the residence while it was unoccupied and stole money. 
-A Jenera resident reported that his ex-wife forged his signature to a check and attempted to cash the check at a local bank. He further filed a menacing complaint after having problems with family members of his ex-wife.
