Services in Kenton Sunday for John E. Lancaster
A memorial service for John E. Lancaster, 40, of Beaverdam and formerly of Mt. Victory, will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Schindewolf Stevens Stout Funeral Home at 200 E. Columbus St. in Kenton by the Rev. Harrison Underwood.
Friends may call 1-4 p.m. Sunday.
He died Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Park City, Kansas. He was born April 23, 1972, in Michigan to Donald and Barbara (Freeman) Lancaster. On Nov. 4, 199,5 he married Carita Downey and she survives.
Also surviving are a son, Carrick Lancaster at home; a daughter Jaelyn Lancaster at home; mother, Barbara (Robert) Wood of Kenton; father, Donald (Joyce) Lancaster of Illinois; a sister, Rhonda Swisher of Beaverdam; mother and father-in-law Carole and Clayton Downey of Kenton; and grandmother, Wanda Foreman of Mount Victory
He was preceded in death by a step-father, Glen Foreman. He was a truck driver and a 1990 graduate of Ridgemont High School. Condolences may be sent to the family at schindewolfstoutfuneralhome.com.
