Book Bag Sewing Class at Bluffton Public Library April 20
Improve or renew your sewing skills while creating a custom book bag at the Bluffton Public Library. Deb Beer, an experienced sewing teacher, will lead a free beginning-level sewing class on how to make a lined book bag out of light-weight cotton. The class will be fun and social: a mini sewing retreat at the library!
The class will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, in the library’s Richland Room. Class size is limited. Register by calling the library at (419) 358-5016 or visit the library’s circulation desk by April 18.
Participants will need to bring their own sewing machine and must know how to use it. A full list of the necessary equipment and materials will be provided at registration.
