Bob and Joanne Antibus recognized in Arbor Day tree planting April 26
The Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District will celebrate Arbor Day at 11 a.m., Friday, April 26, at the Motter Metro Park, 10740 Bluffton Columbus Grove Road, Bluffton.
A pair of White Oak trees will be planted to honor Bob and Joanne Antibus. Bob is a professor of biology at Bluffton University and has been a park commissioner for 20 years. Joanne, a former biology teacher at Bluffton High School, is a faithful volunteer for the park district.
The public is invited to attend.
