Judge Randall Basinger to discuss Supreme Court issues
Putnam County Common Pleas Court Judge Randall Basinger will address “The U.S. Constitution and Current Issues before the Supreme Court” at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, in Founders Hall at Bluffton University.
Free and open to the public, the presentation is Bluffton’s Constitution Day Forum. All educational institutions that receive federal funds are required to offer an instructional program each year on or near Sept. 17, the day the U.S. Constitution was signed in 1787.
