Free lecture on "seed saving" Oct. 1 at library
The Gardener's of the Bluffton/Pandora Area would like to invite the public to a lecture on seed saving. The lecture is at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 1, in the lower level of the Bluffton Public Library.
The lecture will cover how to prepare and save heirloom and open pollinated non-hybrid seeds, so you can plant them next season. Seed saving is a great way to save money on seed packets and help preserve heirloom seeds to encourage biodiversity.
The presentation is free and open to the public.
