Lunchbox Cookies
Recipe by Sarah Hartlzer, mother of Emma and Sam
At Bluffton Child Development Center

2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c shortening
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 c rolled instant oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking power
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 pkg milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350
Mix all dry ingredients (except the choolate chips)
Next add all the wet ingredients into the mixture
Add chocolate chips and mix through
Make the dough into balls
Place the dough balls evening on a baking tray
Bake 9-11 minutes.
