All surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital and Bluffton Hospital are cancelled
**Creighton Dialysis Services will be on a two hour delay**
Hanco will continue to provide transports within Findlay and Hancock County only. Hanco is prepared and able to reach houses in the county.
