Here are the Superior (I) and Excellent (II) winners from Bluffton High School at last weekend's high school solo/ensemble contest.
Class A – The following students received a rating of I (superior): Julian Harnish (piano solo);
Emma Woodruff (oboe solo); Sara Chappell-Dick (flute solo); Andrew Hoff (Baritone solo); Tad Steiner (trumpet), Katie Frazier (trumpet), Lauren Yost (piano), Maggie Fett (piano), Emily Sycks (mezzo soprano), Megan Sycks (soprano).
The following students received a rating of II (excellent): Katie Jo Breidenbach (mezzo soprano), Katie Jo Breidenbach, Samantha Rhonemus, Emily Sycks, Lauren Yost (ladies vocal quartet).
Class B – The following received a rating of I (superior): Amy Warren (soprano).
The following students received a rating of II (excellent): Amy Warren (piano), Noah Woodruff (trombone)
Class C - The following students received a rating of I (superior): Anna Sneary (mezzo soprano), Emily Swisher (soprano), Kayleigh Coughlan (soprano), Natasha Smith (alto), Sarah Theisen (alto)
The following students received a rating of II (excellent): Elizabeth Leis (mezzo soprano).
