That’s Not Bologna

Bologna is not the only thing that comes from Bologna!  Sauce Bolognese is another favorite originating from that northern Italian town and it’s a dinner feature this weekend at Mustard Seed Café. 

Located at 562 N. Main Street, Bluffton, the café is open 5:00-8:00 on Friday and Saturday nights and offers features plus a full menu which includes 7 appetizers, 8 main course items, soups, salads and house-baked desserts.   Beer and beer cocktails are available.   

In addition to the regular menu, features this weekend include:

Main Course:  Sauce Bolognese over pasta with new signature house-made dinner rolls
Soup Du Jour:  Roasted Garlic
Vegetable:  Spicy Broccoli with garlic
Dessert:  Chocolate Torte or Biscotti with creme
