Seven one-act plays in April 1-2 One-Act Festival
About 20 Bluffton University students will either direct or perform in seven one-act plays during a One-Act Festival on campus April 1 and 2. Curtain time is 7:30 p.m. both nights in College Hall’s Ramseyer Auditorium; general-admission tickets will be $3 at the door.
The participating students are in a Play Direction class taught by Dr. Melissa Friesen, a professor of theatre and communication at Bluffton. Directors of the seven one-acts will be Brianna Lugibihl, a first-year student from Gomer, Ohio; Alex Parker, a sophomore from Alger, Ohio; Meghan Hirn, a junior from Lima, Ohio; Neil Macke, a junior from Ottawa, Ohio; Lydia Speicher, a senior from Marysville, Ohio; Cameron Cook, a junior from Washington, Iowa; and Rebecca Juliana, a sophomore from Mechanicsburg, Pa.
