You had to see this model railroad layout to believe it. You are looking at a postcard photo of the Bluffton Western Terminal Railroad (Boyd W. Travis), which once clickety-clacked in a house on Kibler Street. The O-guage scale had 1,500 feet of track, 20 steam locomotives, five diesels, five passenger trains and 200 freight cars. It had several passenger stations, a turntable and roundhouse, freight storage yard and in its day was the pride of any model train layout in the United States. Today it lies in storage.
