Improved CNB business bill payment now available
Citizens National Bank recently announced an improved business bill payment product available to all its online business customers.
Provided through CheckFree, a leader in the bill payment industry, the service provides the time-saving benefit and convenience of paying all bills from one website. Business customers may now pay anyone onlline that they currently pay by check.
Features include:
o Administer three levels of authorized users with dual control features. - The business owner can designate one person to pay bills and another to review/authorize them before they're able to be sent out.
o Receive and pay e-Bills online. Many vendors now offer e-Bills, saving paper and allowing business owners to view their statements right from within Online for business.
o Schedule repeating payments. An easy way to avoid late payments by being sure they're paid the same date every month. Set them up once and forget it.
o Enter invoice and credit memo information with your payments. Business owners can add invoice numbers and discounts to the payment they're sending so the vendor knows exactly what bill is being paid and the owner has an accurate record.
All current business bill payment customers were automatically converted to the new system.
