Gloria Neuenschwander was a Beaverdam High School graduate
Gloria J. Neuenschwander, 83, of Beaverdam died 6:55 p.m. Oct. 26, 2014, at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born Aug. 14, 1931, in Beaverdam to the late Roy and Florence Walters Beemer. She married Allison Neuenschwander and he survives.
Shewas a homemaker and had worked at Marimor Industries and Moser Eggs. She was a member of the Beaverdam Church of Christ and was a graduate of Beaverdam High School.
Surviving are five sons, Jerry (Connie) of Beaverdam, Tim (Patty) of Findlay, Duane (Rosie Jackson) of Lima, Scott of Beaverdam and David A. (Janet Schroeder) of Bluffton, 10 grandchildren, Marcus Neuenschwander, Daniel Neuenschwander, Rebecca Long, Rachel Neuenschwander, Corey Neuenschwander, Lorie Kiene, Kevin Neuenschwander, Tyler Neuenschwander, Jacob Neuenschwander Brittany Neuenschwander, four great grandchildren, Gabriel Neuenschwander, Laney Kiene, Emma Kiene, Summer Neuenschwander three brothers, Ralph Beemer, Donald (Roberta) Beemer and Larry (Carol) Beemer, all of Beaverdam, and two sisters, LaDonna Stotts of Elida and Shirley Swartz of Celina. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mae Carter and Marty Mikesell.
Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, Bluffton, the Revs. Sam Wireman, Charles Warren and David Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Beaverdam Church of Christ or Beaverdam-Richland Fire and Rescue. Online condolences may be expressed at www.chiles-lamanfh.com.
