$500 in prizes delivered in residential lighting contest - here are the winners
The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce will deliver $500 in chamber gift certificates to winners of this year’s Bluffton residential holiday lighting contest.
Judging took place this past weekend. Judges considered residential lighting displays within the village limits. In addition, they looked at residences that requested to be judged.
Winners follow:
• First place overall - $150 gift certificate – Wehrli residence, 229 Bentley Road
• Second place overall - $100 gift certificate – Housh residence, 120 Eastland Drive
• Third place overall - $50 gift certificate – Fruchey residence, 465 Shannon Street
• Best Religious - $50 gift certificate – Worchester residence, 120 Beaver Street
• Best “use of lights” - $50 gift certificate – Keeler residence, 503 Greding Street
• Best “minimal use of lights" - $50 gift certificate – Hughes residence, 53 Wilhelm Circle
• Mayor’s Choice - $50 gift certificate – Brodman residence, 120 Railroad Street
This year’s residential lighting contest prize money was in part supported by a $150 grant from First National Bank.
