Planning a garage sale? The Icon posts all garage sales at no charge
Planning a garage sale?
• The Icon encourages posting your garage sale with us.
• There's no charge to post garage sales.
• All garage sales are automatically posted on both Bluffton Icon and Ada Icon.
Here's how it works:
1 - Type your garage sale information into your e-mail message area. Send your ad to:
[email protected]
2 - All garage sale classified ads are free. There's no word limit as long as you don't write an epic novel. (That's only happened once in five years and it wasn't a very good novel)
3 - We will post your ad the day you send it.
(Please wait until the week of the sale to send it. Sales two or more weeks in advance confuse people. Really!)
4 - Include your address, sale time, sale date in the ad.
5 - You may include one photo if you wish - there's no extra charge for a photo.
6 - When we receive your garage sale ad, we will respond with a "Got it!" We will also send you a flyer we'd like you to post at your garage sale that states: "Our garage sale was posted free on the Icon."
7 - Here's the best part: All garage sales are posted on our garage sale map. So viewers won't have a problem finding your location. The map is printer-friendly.
Let the garage sale season begin!
