DETROIT, Mich. - The Bluffton University women’s soccer team took on the Mustangs of Marygrove College on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015. The Beavers went up 5-0 and were victorious 5-2. It marks Bluffton's first win (1-1) of the season and gives Head Coach Rhonda Gottschalk her first victory as a collegiate head coach! The Mustangs dropped to 0-2 on the season.
Bluffton was the first squad to get on the board after a goal by BETH SNYDER (Akron, NY/Akron Central) in the 15th minute. The Beavers pushed the score to 3-0 with back-to-back goals by freshmen SKYLER LIMING (St. Marys/Memorial) and ASHLEY KELLER (Piqua/Lehman Catholic) in the 24th minute and in the 29th minute.
