Webb Insurance, North Main Street, is the second place winner in the downtown Christmas window decorating contest. This year's theme was "A Christmas from the Past." Downtown business owners voted on the top three windows.

First place was Curling Iron. Third place was Town and Country, which will be posted tomorrow.
