Tips on starting flowers, veggies, herbs from seeds March 1
Does this spring-like weather have you in the mood to start indoor plants for spring?
If so, The Gardeners’ of the Bluffton/Pandora Area can help you get started. The gardeners will hold a lecture on seed starting.
Expert grower Ann Boyd, owner of My Own Backyard Herbs and Flowers, will discuss the proper way to start flowers, vegetables and herbs from seed. Her talk is at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 1, in the Bluffton Public Library.
She'll discuss soil, containers and conditions to sprout your seeds. Boyd is one of the vendors at the Bluffton Farmers' Market.
The March 1 program is free and open to the public.
