She will share “SOS: A Distress Call to Save Ourselves.” This session will take you through the various chemical and physical reactions that occur in our bodies as a direct consequence of unmanaged stress.

Dr. Brenneman will explain the benefits and implementation of mindfulness during her presentation “The Practice of Mindfulness.”
After lunch, Dr. Brenneman will present “Mindfully Engaging the Body and Senses” where she will coach the attendees on how to mindfully engage their bodies and senses.
Participants will then choose from five different mindfulness activities to practice.
