4 ordinances on July 12 council agenda
Four ordinances are on the July 12 Bluffton council agenda. They include:
Ordinance 17, 3rd reading, adopting the Ohio Building Codes and establishing a Village of Bluffton Building Department.
Ordinance 18, 3rd reading, requesting the Ohio Board of Building Standards to certify the village for enforcement of the Ohio Building Codes with the condition that the Wood County Building Inspecting Department exercise enforcement authority.
Ordinance 20, 1st reading, adopting a solid waste management plan for the Allen-Champaign- Hardin-Madison-Shelby-Union Joint Solid Waste Management District (by emergency).
Ordinance 21 - 1st reading, granting a franchise to Ohio Power Co. and its successors, for the transmission and distribution of light, heat, power and other purposed in the village (by emergency).
