Northwest Physical Therapy's Bluffton office will provide a free seminar titled, "Back Pain - What Causes It and What Can Be Done to Help."

The seminar will be held from 6 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 28, at Northwest Physical Therapy's Bluffton office, 215 Snider Road (behind the Bluffton Community Swimming Pool and in the Bluffton Family Recreation building). The seminar will be presented by Sara Dishong, physical therapist.

The talk will include a question/answer session afterward and should last approximately 20-30 minutes, with light refreshments also being served.
