Richard and Mary Ann Jordan will celebrate 60th wedding anniversary
Richard H. and Mary Ann Jordan will soon observe 60 years of marriage. They were wed on Sept. 16, 1956, in St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Ada, by the Rev. L.H. Wyandt.
The Jordans are parents of two sons, R. Timothy D. Jordan of Clarksville, Tenn., and Nathaniel W. T. (Jenni) Jordan of Bluffton, and two daughters, Amy R. King and Bethany G. (Jon) Theis, also of here.
Their grandchildren are Jordan, Ashleigh, and Kaity Beth King, Benjamin and Lindsay Theis, and Grant and Matthew Jordan, all of Bluffton, and Dylan Badertscher of Clarksville, Tenn.
Mary Ann is retired after 20 years from Bluffton Community Preschool and Richard continues in his 55th year as an insurance agent, now crop insurance only, for both Jordan-Diller Insurance and Swiss Mutual Insurance agency, both of Bluffton.
They intend no special festivities for marking the occasion.
