Betty Stucky 1932 - 2016
Betty H. Stucky, 84, died Sept. 30, 2016, at 7:45 a.m. at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora. Betty was born July 18, 1932 in Glendale, Calif., to the late John and Elizabeth (VanderGiessen) Wolmerstett. On Jan. 25, 1951, she married Kenneth Stucky who preceded her in death on July 16, 2011.
Betty was a homemaker and pastor's wife.
Survivors include three daughters, Dotty (Jim) Leightner of Pandora, Sherry (Dave) Krohn of Pandora, Sue (Scott) Lehman of Pandora; nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
Betty was preceded in death by a brother, John Wolmerstett; a sister, Catherine Eldwayen; and two grandchildren.
Services will be held Sunday, Oct. 2, at 2 p.m. at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Bluffton. Pastor Robert Ransom officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Pandora following the service. Visitation will be Sunday from noon t 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
