Council okays 2 legislation pieces by emergency on July 28
Bluffton council passed by emergency one ordinance and one resolution on July. Ordinance 22 authorizes the village solicitor to sign the petition requesting the common pleas court to establish a conservancy district known as the Blanchard Watershed Conservancy District. Also passed was Resolution 6. It authorizes the village administrator to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. To read the resolution click here.
