Bluffton Board of Zoning and Building Appeals will hold a public hearing  at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 24, in the third floor of the town hall.

The hearing is to consider a request for the approval of a Conditional Use of a hospital-owned parcel at 565 Harmon Road, currently zoned in the R-II Residential District.

The Conditional Use reqeust involves this property being used as a parking area for medical office use.
