Work continues in the former parking area on the north side of Bluffton Hospital with Charles Construction preparing footers this week.

The two-story construction is beginning to take shape as concrete blocks are continued to be laid this week. The first floor of this building will be the new Emergency Department and the second floor will be occupied by physician clinics.

Roof decking will begin on the corner Garau Street and Harmon Road for the newly-constructed operating rooms. This should be completed this week allowing roof finish material to be installed next week.
