Chuck Gossard 1955 - 2017
Charles (Chuck) Gossard, 61, died Feb. 18, 2017, at Lima Memorial Health System surrounded by his family.
Chuck was born March 29, 1955, in Bluffton, Ohio, to Lewis and Bernice (Crawfis) Gossard who preceded him in death.
Chuck worked at Wilson Football Factory in Ada. He was also a stay at home father.
Survivors include two sisters, Darlene (Jim) Badertscher, Bonnie Gibson; a brother, Gary (Suzi) Gossard; three daughters, Melanie Erbe of Pickerington, Ohio, Laura (Matt) Applegate of Holland, Ohio, Lisa Schaffner of Dublin, Ohio; eight sons, Michael Struble of Findlay, Ohio, Joey Erbe of Raymondville, Missouri, Todd Erbe of Charleston, North Carolina, Scott (Jane) Erbe of Dublin, Ohio, Chris (Lori) Erbe of Clarksville, Tennessee, Steve (Michelle) Erbe of Amelia, Ohio, Dave (Jen) Erbe of Boston, Massachusetts, Mike (Barb) Erbe of Dayton, Ohio.
The family asks that everyone honor Chuck’s passing in their own way.
