We interrupt this program
10:06 P.M NOTE: The Bluffton warning siren was activated by Allen County, not by the village. At 9:44 p.m. the Bluffton warning siren alerted residents of heavy rains heading toward Bluffton from the west.
At 9:58 p.m. the Bluffton police sent the following Nixel notice: Advisory: Warning Sirens are for storm in Southeastern Allen County, not an immediate threat to Bluffton. Be aware of storms overnight. The tornado sirens that were sounded earlier are not for storms expected to affect the Bluffton area. This does not mean that residents in the Bluffton area should not be weather aware for the night as there are still storms in the area. Please watch your local media for any updates regarding storms tonight.
