Bigfoot Investigators return to Bluffton library
Bluffton Public Library will host a program led by the Southeastern Ohio Society for Bigfoot Investigation (SOSBI) on August 17 at 6 p.m. This is the second time the library has invited the society to speak in their facilities, with the 2015 program reaching over 100 audience members. Registrants will listen to a lecture, including accounts of experiences in the woods, and may take a look at SOSBI’s display items and enjoy refreshments provided by the library.
Wondering what to expect? Here’s what SOSBI has to say about the program:
Is Bigfoot real? Thousands of people didn't think so until they had a firsthand encounter! Join author and founder of the Southeastern Ohio Society for Bigfoot Investigation, Doug Waller, on Thursday evening, August 17th at 6:00 pm where he'll be discussing Bigfoot evidence and eyewitness reports from all over Ohio and beyond! Mr. Waller has made it his mission to document as many Bigfoot encounters from witnesses as he can and has published three collections of eyewitness accounts, Standing in the Shadows: Bigfoot Encounters from Southeastern Ohio, Hidden Encounters: More Bigfoot Stories from Southeastern Ohio and Beyond, and his newest book, Screams in the Night.
Following the program, there will be time for questions, and founder Doug Waller will be available to sign his three books. To help cover costs, donations will be accepted at the door. Please register in advance by calling 419-358-5016, emailing [email protected], or by stopping by the library’s front desk during open hours. Questions may be directed to [email protected].
