Beaverdam Summerfest Saturday
It’s a Saturday of fun in Beaverdam.
The Beaverdam-Richland Township Volunteer Fire and Rescue Departments hold their annual Summerfest in the downtown area.
This year’s event starts at 4 p.m. and goes into the evening hours.
You’ll find homemade food and ice cream, bouncy rides for youth plus entertainment at 5 p.m. by SaMaX, a three-member band from Lima.
Several raffle prize drawings are at 9 p.m. Tickets are available at $1 each or six for $5. Persons do not need to be present to win.
1st prize- 5000-watt portable generator
2nd prize- 15 cubic foot Whirlpool chest freezer
3rd prize- Kids’ power wheels vehicle
4th prize- Barnett crossbow
5th prize- Whole hog
6th prize- Multi-game table
7th prize- Home safety kit
