William Kose, Katherine Kreuchauf Business Dana Chairs
William H. Kose, M.D., and Katherine Kreuchauf will serve as the University of Findlay’s College of Business Dana Chairs this academic year.
Kose, senior vice president of medical affairs and chief quality officer of Blanchard Valley Health System, will serve as the Dana Chair for the 2017 fall semester.
Currently Kose serves as the chairperson of the Ohio Hospital Association Clinical Advisory Council and as the delegate to Hancock County for the Ohio State Medical Association. Within the community, Kose has served as the United Way Campaign Chair of the Health Division and served on the Hancock County Board of Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS).
Kreuchauf, president and CEO of The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation, will take the reins with a new group of Dana Scholars in the spring. Kreuchauf joined the Foundation in 2008 and specializes in fundraising, nonprofit management and organizational development.
In the community, Kreuchauf is a member of several local coalitions and task forces, and volunteers as a board member of the Findlay-Hancock County Alliance, Toledo Opera Association and is a founding member of the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts.
The Dana Chair and Scholar Program connects business students to area professionals in order to combine higher education with real-world business practices. A group of scholars and a professional is selected for the fall and spring semester each academic year. The program began in 1995 thanks to a donation from the Dana Corporation.
